Fellow Cooks and Chefs, I'm late on this one! I'm going to try out a new newsletter format. Hope you like it: MilitaryChefs.com is trying out a new certification program. Senior Chief Justin Reed is the Chef of the month for May 2008. Congratulations! The ACF Freedom Challenge was a huge success! All the competitors did an amazing job representing Military Food Service. Bravo TV is still looking for a Military Chef time is running out but you still have a chance. Make sure you check out the May issue of Government Food Service Magazine. I was dedicated to military chef competitions. Army is looking to send someone to to the CIA for two years.
