0700 - 1000 Marines Carve Ice
1000 - 1300 Air Force and Coast Guard Carve Ice
1300 - 1600 Army and Navy Carve Ice
1530 - Prize winners start cooking with the Military Chef teams
1600 - Guests and judges arrive
1630 - Judges score buffet presentations/Media photo ops
1700 - or once Judges are finished - Service for guests commence
1700 - Navy serves judges
1715 - Coast Guard serves judges
