Event Schedule September 26th (Guests Arrive at 1600) Anytime after 0000 - Military Chefs are able start on site preparations 0700 - ACF Lead Chef Judge Executive Chef Judge Stafford T. DeCambra Arrives 0700 - 1000 Marines Carve Ice 1000 - 1300 Air Force and Coast Guard Carve Ice 1300 - 1600 Army and Navy Carve Ice 1400 - All Teams must be present 1530 - Prize winners start cooking with the Military Chef teams 1600 - Guests and judges arrive 1630 - Judges score buffet presentations/Media photo ops 1700 - or once Judges are finished - Service for guests commence 1700 - Navy serves judges 1715 - Coast Guard serves judges 1730 - Army serves judges 1745 - Air Force serves judges 1800 - Marines serves Judges 1815 - Judges critique 1830 - Service ends 1900 - Award is presented 1930 - Event finished |
